Customer reviews

It’s been a week that our trip had ended and we keep very good memories of it. Everything went well, only 1 half-day of rain and good trip conditions. Comfortable hotels with kudos for the hotel in Halmstadt which is a former stable and the hotel in Falkenberg, a former dock at the river’s edge. Very great breakfasts. The cycle path is easy for good physical people, diverse landscapes and often along the sea.

Antoine with a group of friends, France ~ June 2019

We liked the bike roads, the landscape, the kindness of people, the tuturiol of the tour representative at the arrival and during the trip.

Claude and Nicole, France ~ May 2019

The route notes were excellent and the trail was very easy to follow and of a very good standard. The hotels were also excellent and made the most of the locations they were in. The route notes recommended places to eat, have coffee etc, but because school had gone back some of the cafes, resorts and camping places were closed on the West Coast. Besides that we returned home from a very nice holiday in Sweden, we had a very good time and enjoyed the tour very much.

Anne-Marie and Josee, Australia ~ August 2018

We loved the diversity of the scenery and the fishing towns.

Johannes and Woutrinus, The Netherlands ~ August 2018

We liked the landscape, the sign-posting of the route, the organisation of the trip, as well as having a cash-free holiday.

Hendrikus and Erica, The Netherlands ~ July 2018

Your hotels along Sweden's West Coast

Below's overview features some of our hotel partners which we book for you. Please note that those hotels are examples for your accommodation. In case a hotel is fully booked we reserve the right to book another hotel, of course with the same standard. Feel free to contact us in case of questions or special requests.

Hotell Hovgård in Halmstad

Hotell Hovgård offers nine double rooms, two single rooms and two three-bed-rooms. Look forward to individual designed rooms, which remember at a time when there was a farm building too. The hotel is located just along your route and only about four kilometers away from the centre. The hotel serves breakfast only, however if you would like to experience some typical, Swedish dinner - served by hotel owner Maria herself - this can be booked upon request. Contact us and we are happy to book a table in advance. More information about the hotel can be found here: www.hovgard.se/

Kusthotell

Kusthotell in Varberg

The Kusthotell in Varberg impresses with its direct location by the sea. With its own beach, the sea as a foundation and the wind as your best friend. The sea is also inhouse - in the splendid spa area (against surcharge) with pools, saunas and steam baths, where in Sweden's only Thalassospa saltwater and algae shrubs of the Kattegat with soothing minerals help to harmony and new energy. Enjoy wonderful summer evenings in the open winter garden, with scents from the grill and live music in the outdoor area. Delicacies of the sea are served each day with a delicious seafood buffet. The hotel has 157 rooms, located in the main building or Villa Apelviken. Further information can be found at www.varbergskusthotell.se.
